  7. After  the tremendous  response to  Commander Keen,  Apogee's
  8. follow-up game  had to be really  spectacular. And Duke Nukem
  9. is  just  that--a  superb  showstopper  with  over one Meg of
  10. animation and  graphics, four times more  than Commander Keen
  11. had!

  13. This is  an arcade/adventure game  that compares to  the Sega
  14. Genesis home  systems. (It's far superior  to games typically
  15. seen on the Nintendo home system.)

  17. Duke Nukem  also has dual  scrolling playfields, and  does it
  18. better  than any  other  IBM  game. Features:  Large animated
  19. characters, reflections, arcade  sound effects, built-in hint
  20. mode,  joystick support,  cinematic sequences,  self- running
  21. demo mode, save/restore, high scores, etc.

  23. Rarely  is a  game released  with such  a well  animated main
  24. character.  Duke  Nukem  will  do  full  flips  and  use  his
  25. grappling hooks  to hand-walk along ceilings.  Duke is a hero
  26. everyone will like.

  28. Duke  Nukem is  rendered in  EGA graphics,  with many special
  29. screen effects. As usual, Apogee  offers two more episodes if
  30. players want to continue their adventures with Duke.

  32. This  is truly  a game  that will  demonstrate the  graphical
  33. abilities of your computer if you  have EGA or VGA. Get ready
  34. for  a fun  time as  you  rescue  the world  from the  latest
  35. madman, Dr. Proton.
